Two seams couple the loops. Hand off — when a system goes live, it becomes something agents can run, and Business Operations picks it up. Structural tune — when the day-to-day turns up something the system was never built to do, the change is too big for runtime and escalates back up into a new turn of Business Evolution.
This is the part of p6k we have thought about the hardest. The seam between building a system and running it is where most platforms quietly fall apart — the design drifts from the day-to-day, and the people who run the work lose the ability to change it. We have spent more time on this single idea than on anything else in the product, because getting it right is most of the work.
